Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

This ain't your mama's barn loft apartment! We have spent years building one of the best places to stay in the Weirs. We aren't on the lake but we are near everything you want to do. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Funspot! The Experience hits you the second you open your own private door. Hike trails to the charming town of Wilmington with its coffee shops & restaurants. Pools & hot tub up the road at clubhouse. Just steps away from iceskating, pickleball, hiking & snowmobile trails.

Abundant Blessings Cottage-Wellfleet

Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Bear Ridge Lodge

Newly built, chalet-style log home featured in both Cabin Living and Log Cabin Homes Magazines. Sweeping mountain and sunset views. Modern, Scandinavian decor.
