Escape to our private treehouse nestled in nature. Our charming retreat offers a relaxing living space to make you feel at ease while keeping you close to restaurants & entertainment. Sit underneath the two enormous Japanese maples that extend over the side of the around porch. Regardless of where you look, you will be immersed in the beauty of the country. Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

The Country Cottage

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Pets are welcome, see additional info in "The space" Cabarrus Arena is 10 mins away, Charlotte a 30 min drive & Charlotte Motor Speedway 15 mins. Please check "Things to Do" in this posting.

Petite Maison

Petite Maison is a three bed, two bath cottage in a safe residential neighborhood on the outskirt of old concord. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Indulge in the delights of Southern cuisine, explore the scenic beauty of the region, and make lasting memories in our welcoming abode. We're delighted to have you as our guest and look forward to ensuring your stay in Concord is nothing short of delightful!

FREE COFFEE! FREE PARKING. No CLEANING FEE! Private Cottage. Kitchen completed with all necessities. Queen bed. Towels, sheets, dishes, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, Keurig and WiFi. Large shower with seats and toiletries provided. Flat-screen TV no cable however NETFLIX! Private drive. Washer and dryer provided for guest with 2 weeks or more booking. We want to share a safe economical place for someone passing through. No parties. No smoking. No pets- no exception.

The Eastside Cottage

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. The pet fee is $35 "per pet per night" with a limit of two dogs. See "Other Details to Note"

Country/City Vibe Crash Pad

The studio space is attached to the main residence and is completely self-contained and private. It is a quiet place at the end of the day to relax and unwind at this peaceful oasis after a day of work or enjoying the city vibe of the Charlotte scene with its fine restaurants, galleries, shopping or a night out on the town. It is fully stocked for a family or traveling work person. Come enjoy our private back yard and watch the birds feeding, have a cook out on the grill, cook up a masterpiece in our custom kitchen, or even enjoy a nice jacuzzi bath!

Lovely Private 1BR Guest Apartment

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.

Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!
