Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. (Our dock is only in the water from May-Sept) 2 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 queen beds), and large sectional couch. Has kitchenette, private bathroom, gas grill, fire pit. Bring your boat!
