It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. Situated on private land just off Beaver Point Road (about seven minutes from Fulford Harbour by vehicle), you'll find an abundance of things to do nearby, with a host of hiking routes close by, and Weston Lake; Saltspring Cheese Farm; and the beautiful Ruckle Park all within a five-minute drive.

A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
