We are always available by text, phone, or e-mail, but otherwise respect the privacy of our guests. Alki Beach is a great place to be on a sunny day, wth families playing volleyball or exploring the tide pools as the water recedes. Parallel to the beach, there's a flat, well-maintained path, perfect for cyclists, runners, and rollerbladers. Catch a free shuttle on the beach to connect to downtown Seattle via an enjoyable ride on the West Seattle water taxi.

This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.
