Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Sunny, East Side apt!

Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.

Directly across the street from the main quad of the Brown campus. Historic Register 1700's mansion. This apt is perfect for visiting the campus (and RISD too), visiting students, sports events, etc. Comfortable; not overly fancy; super practical and super close to campus.
