This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

OTC-022724 1 King bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.

Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
