It is perfectly suited for individuals relocating to the area, corporate professionals, traveling nurses, and various others passing through. Yates Mill Park and Lake Wheeler are within miles.

Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it.
