It’s located on Windmill Hill and has breathtaking views over the Blackwater River Estuary. The cottage is a two-minute walk to the Mall beach and is a scenic 15 minute walk to the three blue flag beaches . It is also a short walk to historical landmarks such as the Clockgate Tower, the Old Town walls ,Restaurants , cafes, bars and the cinema .

Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Youghal town. The accommodation is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, and a 5 minute drive from the beach. The accomodation itself is beside the main house. There is parking available, and it is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Youghal is home to some lovely cafes and restaurants, and you will also find supermarkets close to the accommodation.

It is also close to the famous River Blackwater which was known for its salmon fishing. There are great beaches nearby Ardmore, Whiting Bay, Youghal and Redbarn. Dungarvan has a greenway and bicycles are available to hire if required
