Locația este ideală pentru petrecerea concediului la mare fiind situată chiar pe malul marii lângă plajă in cartierul Faleză Nord din Constanța - zona Delfinariu aflata chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. In timpul perioadei de vară acest cartier devine o zonă turistică de interes datorită pozitiei sale excelente cu acces facil catre toate obiectivele sezonului, chiar lăngă plajele amenajate, baruri, terase si restaurante (renumitul restaurant Reyna se află chiar in fata apartamentului).

Locatia se afla la maxim 10-15 min cu masina de plaja din Constanta sau Mamaia. Oferim la cerere accesorii copilasi (scaun de masa, patut, taburet, cadita de baie, aparat de gatit la aburi). Ne-ar placea sa impartasim cu turistii tips&tricks legate de distractia de la mare, plaji frumoase si restaurante.
