Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 από τους ιδιοκτήτες Μανώλη και Βίκυ με πολύ γούστο και βρίσκεται στην πόλη Ρέθυμνο, στην περιοχή Καλλιθέα.
