Steps to a pleasant Chesterfield park and a popular Little Poms neighborhood cafe. Full insulation and all double glazing. Amenities such as air conditioning, panel heater, ventilation(HRV), heat transfer and electric blankets contribute to warmth during NZ winter. Also, it is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, various fruit trees and raised vegetable beds.

Wake up to the song of the bell bird and the sun streaming in. It's a 5 minute walk to a cafe and restaurant and a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Lyttelton from which you can access ChCh by bus.

Vizcaya is a fully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront holiday home, fully fenced facing north west with superb views to Lyttelton Harbour, Quail Island, Governors, Cass and Corsair Bays. Close to Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay Golf Club, tennis courts, Church Bay & Diamond Harbour restaurants/bars, a supermarket and only 30 minutes from Christchurch. With drive on and additional road side parking, guests also enjoy 2 kayaks and a public boat ramp 75m away.

Kaihope Cottage was built around 1852 and retains a lot of its colonial charm. It is fully self-contained and recently refurbished and restored to add comfort and enjoyment to your stay. Kaihope Cottage is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful picturesque surroundings. Our cottage is located near our homestead on our sheep and cattle farm. It is a stones throw from the sea, which offers fishing, swimming and boating.
