One bedroom has Lane and city views with the trees of Hagley Park to be seen a block away and the second with a balcony that welcomes the morning sun and looks towards the Port Hills in the distance. A wonderful, restful spot for a morning coffee. The bathroom combines vanity, toilet and an excellent shower. Downstairs there is a second toilet. There is a very comfortable double pull out sofa bed in the common living space downstairs. This is a comfortable sofa or if required can be converted easily to sleep two. The large garage is a bonus in this prime inner city location, providing secure off street parking. You will enjoy this space. It is contemporary, stylish and extremely comfortable. This truely is the best location in town. The entire apartment is available for your personal private use You have free access to the large independant garage. Please be aware that occasionally the cleaners may require access to the garage. It is very important to us that you enjoy your stay. We are readily available to assist you if required. The apartment is on a quiet lane, walking distance to central attractions: the Art Gallery, Museum, Hagley and Victoria parks, botanical gardens, and the town hall. The shopping precinct as well as premium restaurants, cafes, and bars are nearby. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. There is a Nextbike metro share bicycle station over the road which are absolutely brilliant. The first 30 minutes is free. Or hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment has Netflix for your viewing pleasure and of course fee wifi. The apartment is fitted with a smart lock. You will be issued with a private secure code and phone app access. You can also just use a key if you prefer. This wonderful apartment is up 12 steps from ground level to gain entry. There are delightful city scape near views and the Port Hills can be seen in one direction and leafy Hagley park in the other . The large double garage is on the ground floor.

Our flat is close to Pioneer Stadium, rugby stadium, Addington Raceway, and Wolfbrook Arena. It is a 5-min walk to Barrington Mall. The train station is also 5 mins away by car. It is also a 5 min walk to catch the public bus from Barrington to Malls, and the city. The flat is at the back of the house and therefore private - you can consider it a home away from home. The Flat is homely and by no means 'flash'. But it is warm, comfortable and a place that you can feel at home in.

Welcome to our ensuite studio, surrounded by a peaceful, green & relaxing garden. Perfect for recovering from a long flight. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the central city Plenty of off street parking and an excellent bus service to the central city. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Please be aware that the kitchen & dining area are in the main house and are shared with the hosts. You are very welcome to use both areas. Airport transfers are $15 each way.

Our cosy double-glazed studio is attached to the garage in the back yard of our property and offers an ensuite, television with Netflix , microwave and fridge. Continental style breakfast is offered. It is located close to the city (3.5km walk to Cathedral Square). It is handy to many amenities; movie theatres, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique-style shopping. Please note a small, very sociable dog and an elegant but very unsociable cat live on the property.
