Οι βίλες δύο υπνοδωματίων διαθέτουν έναν εξαιρετικά κομψό εσωτερικό χώρο 80 τ.μ. κι έναν ευρύχωρο εξωτερικό χώρο 110 τ.μ. με πισίνα υπερχείλισης και σαγηνευτική θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Ο πρώτος όροφος της βίλας μας περιλαμβάνει δύο ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και μπάνιο το κάθε ένα, κι ο δεύτερος όροφος περιλαμβάνει σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.
