The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. This private one-bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in Underhill, Vermont. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your deck. La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

220 sq. foot charming Tiny Home under tall pines with a covered porch. Great space for solo travelers and couples that like to be cozy! The rustic interior has a full kitchen, copper shower, and compost toilet. The loft bedroom is serene with 5 windows and blackout curtains (in case you want to sleep in!). Just 12 minutes to Burlington. 4 minutes to downtown Shelburne and Shelburne Museum.
