There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

You will have the entire house to yourself with a backyard oasis and outdoor game area and fire pit seating. Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

Really nice 1200 sqft, 1 bedroom with extra sleeping area, in downtown Chico. Entire place plus large private yard, 10 minute walk to downtown. With a king bed, full bed, extra air mattress and large couches. Wifi, and laundry available. This unit feature a bar area with two refrigerators, dining area. There is also small living room down stares with large living room upstairs. Four smart TV's. Private yard with gazebo. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located get away.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and are a work of art. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a large 18x12 master bedroom on the other. The master has a 55” TV connected to hi-fi speakers and has Philips Hue color changing lights.
