The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.
