Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

The Birches is situated on 10 secluded acres, where guests will enjoy the privacy and scenery the cabin offers. Built in 2020 and designed to accommodate guests. During your stay take a walk on the property, read a book, enjoy a glass a wine, cook a fine meal, and stare at the stars. Centrally between Keene and the Sunapee region, guests have many options on how to enjoy their days such as Skiing, Hiking, Paddling, and Snow tubing. This is a vacation spot, that can be enjoyed all year.

The Sunnyside Farmhouse is perfect for families & friends. Enjoy a quiet country setting while being in the perfect location to explore southern NH and VT. Visit our own Farm-to-Table restaurant, The Hungry Diner, 5 miles away. We also provide local coffee and a homemade baked good upon check-in. There are endless activities for any season–biking, hiking, apple picking (apple orchard next door), wineries & breweries, fly fishing, fall foliage, antiques, sledding, skiing and much more.

COZY FARMHOUSE SUITE

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled in a revolutionary historically significant village. You can experience farm living while still close to Rte 91, an Amtrak station and the Connecticut river for fun water activities. This recently renovated studio has a private entrance with parking right outside. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with tiled shower stall, easily accessible. The beautiful sleeping nook is perfect for two. Adorable sitting and dining/work areas.

Relax with the View at the Farm at Woodbury Hill

Consider relaxing in our spacious upstairs apartment with a spectacular view of Mt. Monadnock. An open floor plan features a queen size bed and futon. A fully equipped kitchen will be stocked with 6 fresh farm eggs to enjoy as you like. Brew your own coffee or tea. All the needed linens and bathroom towels are supplied. Highspeed WiFi and Roku TV is available. You are welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the chickens or gardens. Or simply relax on your own private outside deck.
