Notre maison est située au centre de la France, parfait pour se retrouver. Que vous soyez en famille, entre amis, entre sportifs ou des travailleurs pour la semaine le gîte est fait pour vous car il y a 5 chambres dont 3 peuvent être disposées avec un grand lit ou 2 lits simples. Une grande table commune. Vous pourrez profiter d un extérieur de 1 000 m2 avec un petit coin détente équipé de fauteuils et de transats, d' une grande terrasse équipée d'une table et des chaises de jardin et d'un BBQ.

Dit zonnige knusse huisje biedt u alle comfort, privacy en rust voor een heerlijk verblijf. Het huisje heeft een keuken, woonkamer, badkamer, slaapkamer 2 personen, slaapkamer 3 personen en een kinderbedje/kinderstoel. Bij aankomst zijn de bedden opgemaakt, de koelkast staat aan en zo nodig branden de houtkachels, hout is aanwezig. Buiten heeft u een prachtig uitzicht, er is voldoende ruimte om je eigen plekje te creëren, in de zon of in de schaduw. Schommel en but de football voor de kinderen.

I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.
