Also within walking distance is The Botanical Gardens, Sunset Rock, and Kelsey-Hutchinson Park. There are several trails directly accessible from the doorsteps of this creek side sweet spot. From the cabin take a short hike to the national forest, hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Chattooga River. You can park at the cabin and enjoy nature without driving to other locations. Pets are welcome (fee per stay). If your looking for a peaceful , REMOTE get away this is for you. AWD OR 4WD is needed to park near the house.

Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

At 4,100 feet we have hiking, zip lining and waterfalls,romantic winters and summers with temps in the 70's - low 80's. The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.
