You can relax by the pool located next to the suite. Both inside & outside of Bella's Suite are supremely well-kept and cleaned after each stay. It is blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways.

Located in a Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Simi Valley with tons of Hiking Trails, Beautiful Parks, Shopping at the Simi Valley Town Center, and lots of Restaurants. This cozy unit is perfect for a weekend getaway or even a home away from home. The unit is to the left of the main house comes with its own Full Bathroom, Queen memory foam mattress, sitting area , 40" smart tv, dinning area, and a Full kitchen.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

If you’d like to have a special event or film on the property, we charge on a hourly basis depending on the number of guests and event type.
