This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.
