Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and the pool is at the perfect distance fom the house. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.

Holiday Villa Saimaa 104 Mae Phim

The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. Please note that electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual consumption (7 THB/kWh). The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. The area has a large swimming pool area and its own restaurant (seasonal reservation).
