Generally quiet neighbourhood, but is near the Rescue Helicopter Base so on occaision helicopters can be heard. House is double glazed so this is not usually intrusive. This studio room features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with under-floor heating, and a kitchen (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up with a queen and a single bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.

Sit and enjoy the sunny north facing deck and watch the lambs playing in the paddock. If you are attending equestrian events at the nearby Mosgiel Showgrounds grazing may be available for your horse depending upon season, please ask first, extra charges may apply.

Relax in a peaceful and private cabin surrounded by gardens. Watch the sun set over Round Hill, then wake up to birdsong from the kowhai tree in front of your private balcony. All this, just an 8 minute drive from town. The cabin has all the amenities you need, except for cooking! It has a bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Stay 3 nights or longer and we'll bake you some crusty, fresh bread.
