Guests have access to everywhere in the house except the office and the garage. Those two will be locked. Remember to check out the basement and enjoy the ping pong and pool table and Pac-Man! Host is always available by phone to help guests if they have any questions about the house or the area! Stapleton is one of Denver's most sought-after neighborhoods. Stapleton offers high-end boutiques and gourmet restaurants. Pay a visit to the nearby Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, which extends to nearly 16,000 acres. Access is through the garage off the alley. I am 6 mi to Ball Arena, 11 mi to Empower Field, & 27 mi to Red Rocks. I have a new dog, Daisy, who will join me in greeting you.

Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
