Be the paparazzi of the Budapest Basilica, in a private house where only few people live constantly. If you come by car, you can park in the Basilica Garage for an additional fee,ask for the price if you interested. On the street fee is 600 HUF/hour from 08:00-22:00 from Mon-Fri, and you can park for free from Fri 22:00 till Mon 08:00. You can easily reach the famous tourist sights on foot, can find many restaurants, bars, caffee shops. Most of the Universities are very close to the apartment.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Warm and welcoming - my downtown home is a great choice for anyone visiting Budapest. Nearly all sights are in walking distance, still, the apartment is quiet, as it looks to the inner yard. Very cozy for longer stays, too, with stable Wi-fi, strong heating in winter. One split level room sleeps up to 4 guests (3 separate). People over 190 cm please watch your heads on the loft ;) My garage is 5 min walk away (350m) for vehicles under 190 cm high. Please inform me if you need it upon booking.

Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented. The cottage is especially recommended for hiking and nature lovers. The Királyrét Forest Railway departs from Kismaros, offering excellent hiking opportunities.

On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)
