Welcome to our holiday home ‘Grisiau’r Afon’ (The River Steps). It’s a cosy cottage (two up and two down), featuring a large sheltered decked terraces with views over the river valley to the rear. Ideally located in the heart of the most northerly seaside village in wales. The property has easy access to the coastal path, beaches and wider area. When calendar availability allows, we’re happy to consider reduced‑rate extra nights so you can enjoy a more relaxed check‑in, check‑out, or both.

This is a cottage you will love spending time in. Its warm and cosy rooms with exposed beams, make it a year round destination. There will be no shortage of help in the kitchen where the imposing arched window frames the stunning view of Amlwch Port and the ever changing sea beyond. The renowned Anglesey Coastal Path is on the doorstep and for anglers it's just a short walk to fish from the harbour wall or arrange fishing or sightseeing boat trips. Wonderful beaches, great places to visit.

Pebble Cottage - cosy seaside village cottage

Pebble Cottage is a cosy, pet-friendly, (1 dog only £10 fee. Please tick box if dog coming) house in the village of Cemaes Bay. It's a two minute walk from the front door, through the village, or from the back gate along the wooded river, to the beaches and pretty harbour. A very short walk to a couple of great pubs. Red squirrels live in the trees along the river behind the house. We're hoping to attract them into the garden which borders this river valley. Logs not provided for log burner.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

We are just 4 miles from the nearest beach at Cemaes Bay and close to the Cemlyn nature reserve renowned for bird watching,seal and porpoise spotting.
