This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The living area features a gas fireplace and of course there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with top quality equipment and a beautiful view.

On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.
