Au rez-de-chaussée : salon, cuisine avec espace repas, salle de bain. Chambre en mezzanine. En extérieur, vous pourrez profiter d’un jardin avec piscine et terrasse. Différents animaux sont présents ce qui maintient l’ambiance de la ferme familiale. A proximité : Montcuq, Cahors, Lalbenque, St Cirq Lapopie, Lauzerte, Caussade, St Antonin de Noble Val

Dans un environnement paisible en zone natura 2000, en Aveyron, proche du Lot et du Tarn-et-Garonne, ce logement est un pied-à-terre idéal pour visiter les grands sites touristiques d'Occitanie. (St Cirq Lapopie, Albi, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel.) Cuisine aménagée, salle d'eau à chaque étage, dont une en suite parentale. Dans la seconde chambre, les lits simples peuvent être rapprochés pour en faire un grand lit - option uniquement disponible pour un séjour de 5 nuits minimum . Accès à la terrasse.

Agréable petit chalet (25 m²) indépendant situé dans un lotissement proche d'un petit village de campagne. Calme et sans vis-à-vis, nous n'acceptons pas les soirées bruyantes et les animaux. Situé à 5 minutes de la ville et tout commerces. Piscine commune avec le propriétaire, accessible du 15/06 au 30/09. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson un feu , micro-onde, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière (Senseo), couverts, frigo-congélateur et barbecue. Entrée autonome. 2 nuits minimum.

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.
