Located in north Phoenix, this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse is 12 minutes from downtown Phoenix and the airport, in a vibrant community that boast a wide variety of locally owned businesses, restaurants and shops. It is a five minute walk to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve with beautiful hiking trails. Or just relax in the resort-like yard with pool, hot tub, and sitting areas. North Phoenix Casita. Private entrance with studio hotel style room. Queen bed with walk in closet and Roku TV. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and toaster. Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

Casita Desert Oasis-3 beds-Pool & Hot Tub

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

Desert Paradise Casita

Desert Paradise Casita is located behind our home. We are in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private, and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

Saddle Lane Casita, North Central Phoenix, AZ

This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
