Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Nest on the Venetian roofs with a charming terrace

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato nel 2021 facile da raggiungere e in posizione ottima per chi desidera visitare la Biennale. Presenta un ingresso indipendente, cucina accessoriata, bagno con doccia, camera da letto e ampio soggiorno con divano-letto. È  situato a pochi passi da una zona commerciale tipicamente veneziana, troverai negozi di vario genere frequentati soprattutto dalla gente del luogo. È il punto di partenza ideale per visitare la città.

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

Venezia Arsenale Biennale

The apartment is located in the heart of the Castello district, one of the most authentic areas of Venice, near the Arsenale. Just a 10-minute walk away are St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale Gardens, home to the renowned Art or Architecture Exhibition. The area offers all essential services: supermarkets, butcher shops, greengrocers, and traditional bakeries—perfect for those who want to experience Venice’s history, tradition, and local charm.

The apartment is located at a few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, but away from the crowds. Bright, airy and quiet, it has two small but cosy terraces with a view on Venetian roofs. We have renovated it recently, trying to maintain its atmosphere (it used to be the house of a painter). It is set on the last floor of a building of historical interest with a beautiful gothic courtyard and a 15th-century staircase and water well.

Ca’ Remer, dimora ideale per 4 persone (ma può arrivare a 6), è dotata di una splendida altana che offre una vista mozzafiato e panoramica di questa città unica!

In a typical building of Castello district - with LAGO design - I've reinterpreted a 95 square meters apartment combining design, colors, and historical elements. A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.

Terrace on the Canale di San Pietro

Enjoy the Venetian atmosphere living on a canal and strolling through the lifely Via Garibaldi around the corner. Nearby you find the sites of the Arts Biennale of the Giardini and the Arsenale. The price of the apartment includes the daily tourist tax of 4 Euro per person. We are a private apartment, not a hotel.
