Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

Si tratta di un antico Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina. Un posto ideale per trascorrere i vostri giorni in Toscana nella massima privacy, a pieno contatto con la natura.

The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
