Parking: It is easy to park two cars at the unit, one inside the single car attached garage and the other in the driveway. Additional parking is available for free on the street nearby. Privacy: This rental unit is the upper portion of a duplex. The home's modern construction affords complete privacy between this and the lower unit. We are always available by text, phone, or e-mail, but otherwise respect the privacy of our guests. Alki Beach is a great place to be on a sunny day, wth families playing volleyball or exploring the tide pools as the water recedes. Parallel to the beach, there's a flat, well-maintained path, perfect for cyclists, runners, and rollerbladers. Catch a free shuttle on the beach to connect to downtown Seattle via an enjoyable ride on the West Seattle water taxi.

This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays at Bainbridge Performing Arts. You have space to park one car in the carport.
