Enjoy your stay at our lakeview tiny house retreat. With access to a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking your itch for water adventure will be thoroughly scratched! When you’re done with water fun come up and lounge by the fire pit, play some horseshoes, cornhole, or just Netflix and chill. The tiny house features a full kitchen and bathroom. Additional amenities include Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, outdoor grill and picnic table, hammocks, and outdoor dog kennel.

Come home for the holidays. Escape to the mountains to choose your family's perfect Christmas Tree. Enjoy hayrides, hot cocoa, and visits with Santa while selecting your tree at a nearby farm. Ski season is here! Resorts nearby include, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Sugar Mountain Resort. Ice skating and snow tubing are also fun options while visiting the mountains. Bear Cub Cabin combines mountains and lakes to equal the perfect place to book your next vacation!

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
