Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

A Quinta da Rosa Linda encontra-se numa localização muito privilegiada, encontra-se numa zona agrícola rodeada entre campos de cultivo de milho e montes, tem a cidade de Oliveira de Azeméis a 3 minutos de carro, também está a 45 minutos do Porto e a 30 de Aveiro. Para além disso encontra-se entre as montanhas mágicas (serra da Freita) e zonas de praia , praia da Torreira Furadouro, Esmoriz e Maceda.

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
