Localizado numa praça com restaurantes e supermercado. Ideal para férias na praia, surf, ou lazer com amigos e família. A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

This apartment is unique in its surroundings, due to the terrace equipped with hammock & barbecue and a beautiful sunrise view (East). Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
