Nautico is a bright and comfortable bolt-hole in peaceful Carbis Bay - yet just a 5 minute drive (or a 40 minute walk along the coast path) to the bustling harbour town & artist haven of St Ives. This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Our flat is situated in the heart of stunning St Ives, with its own private parking space. 2 minutes walking distance to the town centre, and surrounding beaches. With views overlooking the sea and sunrise for breakfast, we are sure you won't be disappointed. The bench in front of the flat is often sheltered and sunny, the flat has a convenient wet room and both bedrooms have comfy double beds with room for travel cots. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate another 2 guests.

Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Perfect for couples the spacious lounge/diner has a fitted kitchen, central heating, comfy sofa with 43 inch smart television and wifi. Separate en-suite bedroom with kings size bed and Emma mattress, bath with shower & heated towel rail. Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs.

Very spacious for 2 people. children are free.Train station,shops,restaurants art galleries, and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance from this self contained one bedroomed flat Pet Friendly. It has a lovely garden area that provides a tranquil space in which to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Wi-Fi is a basic package. St Ives is a busy town. There is No Parking Space

The Gallery is a charming a one bedroom apartment, ideal for a couple. It is centrally located in the beautiful seaside town of St Ives. We have carefully furnished it with a mixture of modern furnishings and antiques and is well-appointed. The St Ives artistic community has inspired us to hang the walls with a selection of pretty paintings – hence the name ‘The Gallery’.
