Doorways Room 1

This bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en suite bath, shower, basin and toilet. It opens onto a verandah which is shared with the other 2 Doorways rooms and guest lounge/dining room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the guest bedroom. The room looks out over the vineyard and gets wonderful morning sunshine. In addition there is a common area / guest lounge / dining room for the exclusive use of Doorways guests. Free Wifi available in the room.

Cypress Cottage Guest House - Family room

Welcome to Cypress Cottage Guesthouse in the heart of Swellendam. The Family Self Catering Unit accommodates 4 people. It comprises of two separate inter-leading rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The latter room has a small dining and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a wood fire Dover stove and a stove top for cooking. Please note: this unit does not include breakfast. We have a Labrador that is very friendly and playful and 2 cats.

Swallows Rest Guesthouse

Swallows Rest Guest House situated in a picturesque village on the foothills of the beautiful Olifants River Mountains in the Western Cape, approximately 150 km’s from Cape Town. Nuwerus Lodge is a beautiful guesthouse on a small holding just outside Paarl. We are situated 3 kilometres from town, and close to some well-know restaurants and wine farms. You will enjoy the spacious gardens and pool area. Relax on the deck chairs next to the pool, where you will also find bbq/braai facilities and honesty bar. You have a table and chairs outside your bedroom overlooking the garden. Secure parking is on the property.

Classic Family Rooms

The Classic Family Rooms are spacious, stylish and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms and en suite bathrooms have all been renovated (completed September 2019). We have two Family Rooms, Room 1 (ground floor) can accommodate an extra single bed and Room 17 (first floor) has a sofa bed. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children younger than 6 years of age.
