Welcome to our secluded, hillside oasis! Situated outside of town in a peaceful neighborhood, the Aerie Loft offers a hotel-style studio engulfed in absolutely stunning panoramic views. It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed.
