Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

The home is a relaxin getaway from the city life where you can relax and unwind in peace.

A spacious room in a newly built home in Menifee near Paloma High School and the 215 freeway. Room has its own private entrance with a keypad along with an attached full bathroom, smart TV, coffeemaker, closet, small refrigerator and more. No access to main home, door to rest of home will be locked for the privacy of all parties. AC is central to entire home and not accessible in the guests area. It has a gated entrance, a relaxing feel with a full bath, kitchen and laundry. If your looking for a peaceful get away while still being close to all the amenities, this is it!! We are a small family farm with chickens, free ranging turkeys, peacocks, pigs dairy cows and more.
