Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. The living room features soaring 18-foot ceilings. Outside, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the BBQ area. Great for sports teams, family reunions, and large groups.

Please understand we have very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. NO washer and dryer on site so plan accordingly.

Mini fridge, kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave and sink. Full private bathroom and closet storage space. Please note: we have a back patio (shared) that is available for a bbq area, smoking area hangin out. (Quiet hours in the patio are 11pm-7am)

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses.
