Access to the villa from the private parking area is convenient thanks to an elevator. The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up a staircase lined with white flowers beds, you enter the first terrace / solarium shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi in both summer and winter, on the other side a beautiful new semi-covered garden. A few stairs separate the lower floor. Here another large terrace, great for dining during the wonderful summer evenings serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment your cooking with an authentic wood-burning oven. There is only fun to be had! The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the 2 double bedrooms with balcony are perfect to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view... the sun it penetrates from the terrace in front of you and warms you gently. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double bed room with a little window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds pots, pans and dishes so that our guests can cook and enjoy their stay in total autonomy, feeling at home. In addition, the two bathrooms are well finished and decorated in a unique style, one with a large shower and comfortable seats. You will have the opportunity to experience our traditions with a Lemon tour with tasting of liquors and products in a local lemon garden where you can experience our territory as a local instead of a visitor and make your own special Limoncello. If you are a sporty type and love trekking, you cannot miss the many paths that cross the Amalfi coast from Agerola to Positano, The path of the Gods, Amalfi to Ravello, valle delle ferriere path, here you can lose yourself in nature and dive into the most pristine landscapes. Conveniently you can take advantage of transfer service to facilitate access to the most interesting cultural and leisure activities of the Coast or to reach the most visited archaeological sites, such as the Pompeii, Herculaneum or Naples with tours led by professional tour guides and in your native language. La villa Sylva Mala Home nasce in un appartamento privato alle falde del Vesuvio , a 200 mt dalla Circumvesuviana, ovvero un treno che collega ottimamente le città di Pompei, Ercolano, Sorrento e la città metropolitana di Napoli. Inoltre dista circa 800 m dallo svincolo autostradale Torre Annunziata nord. L'alloggio è dotato di 4 stanze ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiunge 1 letto singolo in una camera. Ogni stanza ha un bagno privato. La cucina è di dimensioni ridotte

Frieda’s Apartment è la soluzione ideale per un gruppo di amici o per famiglie. Ci troviamo a Via Pontenuovo 28, all’interno di una corte del 1600, nel pieno centro storico della città a due passi da via Foria, dal Museo archeologico Nazionale, a 8 minuti di cammino dalla stazione metropolitana L2 di Cavour e L1 Museo. Recentemente ristrutturato, con tre camere matrimoniali, una doppia singola, ampia cucina e 2 bagni. Dotata di tutti i comfort: Wi-Fi, A/C, Tv, per un soggiorno in pieno relax.

Siamo in pieno centro storico a 4 minuti a piedi dal Museo Archeologico, a 2 minuti a piedi dalle metropolitane di Linea 1 e Linea 2 che vi permetteranno di raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti di interesse della città come San Gregorio Armeno, Napoli Sotteranea, il Cristo Velato. L'appartamento è accogliente e luminoso, si trova al quinto piano con ascensore. Composto da 4 camere molto confortevoli, 3 bagni, un ampio soggiorno e una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata.

Composto da 4 camere matrimoniali molto confortevoli, 3 bagni e un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo e cucina attrezzata, affaccia su una suggestiva terrazza ideale per godere dell'atmosfera antica dei luoghi. La sua vicinanza ai siti monumentali e l'atmosfera allegra del quartiere rendono molto piacevole il soggiorno.

Si trova a pochi minuti dalla funicolare centrale e da quella di Montesanto, l'ideale per muoversi a Napoli, essere in pochi minuti a via Toledo, il centro storico o raggiungere il Vomero.
