Our waterfront studio retreat is a birdwatchers paradise. Located on beautiful Black Walnut Cove at the southern tip of Tilghman Island, you will be in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by water. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride along the Chesapeake Bay shoreline. You will have access to our dock and small boat ramp. Crabbing and fishing are a delight. Welcome to our Little Gypsy BoHome on the bay! The house is situated in Southern Anne Arundel County, MD in the quaint waterfront town of Tracy's Landing. Our home sits directly on The Chesapeake Bay with breathtaking views from every window. We offer a saltwater swimming pool, two corn hole game sets, a basketball hoop, beach access, canoe, 2 Paddle Boards, a gas grill, and a steam shower, an outdoor redwood panoramic barrel sauna and a redwood cold plunge!

This studio apartment is in walking or driving distance to three private beaches in our community. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious bathroom and closet.
