Our beautiful three-story, three-bedroom retreat offers a relaxing oasis with a four-person outdoor hot tub that lights the water up in your choice of 5 different colors and with outdoor string lights for a nice chill vibe. Enjoy eating breakfast, lunch or dinner in the backyard built in seating area. Explore the neighborhood's charm, from strolling walkways, neighborhood park and playgrounds, eateries, and many boutique shops.

Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our private estate winery. Enjoy the pond and the fountain from sitting on the deck of the pond. The cottage has its own grill if you choose to cook out. Guest may stroll through the vineyard or watch a sunset from the dock at the pond. We have fish food to feed the fish.
