Welcome! We are excited to offer our lovely space here in Caldwell close to the popular Indian Creek downtown! We offer a beautifully remodeled basement space, with a private entrance and everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. Our home sits in a quiet neighborhood next to Wilson elementary school. In addition to the downtown, we are a short distance from Fairview golf course, College of Idaho, West Valley Medical Center, and several exciting wineries in our beautiful Idaho wine region!

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of area to spread out with many different entertainment options. Close to shopping and parks. Only 15 minutes from Highway 84. Plus a dedicated work area for when you need to finish some last minute things. With 5 bedrooms, an open floor plan and a large backyard there's plenty of area to stretch out and relax. Pets are welcome but please keep them off the furniture and beds.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

This beautiful home has a great central location. It has high speed internet, capable of sustaining work from home and online learning. It is only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and it is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
