The house has air conditioning, in every bedroom and in the ground floor and is equipped with the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant day in Pollença.Its central location, invites you to enjoy the Plaza Mayor and its quiet and cosmopolitan atmosphere, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes where you can taste the cuisine Mallorcan and international. A big free parking is 5 minutes walking from the property. Also main beaches of the municipality are just ten minutes away by car, the Port of Pollença, the Cala de San Vicente and the paradisiacal beach of Formentor, all of fine sand and crystal clear waters. Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay. We collect this tax prior to your departure and remit it on your behalf. We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

El apartamento Clavells está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Clavells', no disponemos de ascensor.
