Ideally located for Snowdon, Zipworld, Caernarfon Castle, Llanberis, Beddgelert & the Welsh Highland Steam Railway station next to our village pub & micro brewery. Dogs are very welcome!

Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture, a wood burning stove, and large galleried bedroom above.

Access to the Welsh Highland Railway from the station in the village, its a short ride to the picturesque village of Beddgelert or to the historic town of Caernarfon.

A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
