Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Argentvm Apartment Duplex apartment of 120m2 in a detached house, above the Argentvm jewellery shop. The apartment is located in the heart of Kaş in the most picturesque street, at the foot of the Lycian tomb with the lion head. The street is the most charming of this small town, with its Ottoman houses with balconies decorated with flamboyant bougainvillea and jasmine. The street is pedestrian, it is very pleasant to walk around and to discover its many small shops.

Kaş'ın Gün batımı ile meşhur olan Büyükçakıl plajında bulunan denize sadece 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde dağ manzaralı doğa içerisinde eşsiz bir deneyim sunuyoruz. Yazın en sıcak döneminde klima olmadan rahatça uyuyabileceğiniz ferah odalara ve Bahçesinde limon, dut ve avokado ağaçları bulunan barbekünüzü yapabileceğiniz geniş bir alana sahiptir. Merkeze araç ile sadece 3-4 dakika. Yürüyerek 10-15 dakika. Evin önünden şehir merkezine giden toplu taşıma aracı mevcuttur.

Seafront Rustic Treehouse

Breakfast is included. Our restored Treehouse offers a calm and secluded stay immersed in nature. Elevated within the garden and surrounded by greenery, it provides a sense of privacy and calm throughout the day. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the Treehouse to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Salonda bir tane büyük köşe takımı bulunuyor . Mutfak; açık mutfak salon ve tüm temel malzemeler mevcuttur . 1 adet tuvalet banyo mevcuttur. 2 kişi için rahat bir konaklama hizmeti sunuyoruz.

Lovely 1 bedroom flat with balconies in Uzuncarsi

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.
