Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.
