Montecito Serene Retreat

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

We look forward to hosting you in our clean, calm & private 2Br/2Ba just a couple minute walk to Butterfly Beach or the shops & restaurants of Coast Village Rd. For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. We look forward to hosting a memorable stay in Montecito.

Butterfly Beach Retreat

Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. W/D in the unit (detergent & dryer sheets) and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog under 45 pounds but ask that you give me the weight/breed before booking.

Charming detached studio with full kitchen, private patio and stunning ocean views. Quiet cul-de-sac ending with a hiking trail. Short stroll down the hill to Summerland beach, restaurants, wine tasting, and Lookout Park. Conveniently located equidistant from Carpinteria and downtown Santa Barbara. Please be advised that the County of Santa Barbara requires I collect a 12% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) that will be a separate request after booking. Thank you!

The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.
